SRX20101980: CNV-seq homo sapien: abortive samples
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 5.3M spots, 190.6M bases, 68.7Mb downloads

Design: Sequencing Library preparation was carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. In brief, total genomic DNA was extracted from tissue samples using the Amp Genomic DNA Kit (TIANGEN Biotech, Beijing, China). After shearing the genomic DNA to an average size of 200 bp, 2.5 ng of the fragmented DNA was used to create the sequencing library. End-repair and A-tailing was then perform, followed by the ligation of 648-bp barcoded sequencing adaptors and treated DNA fragments. PCR was performed subsequently and the its product was purified for CNV-seq.
